Great Deal!

I ordered a flea/tick treatment at a reasonable price for the first time from this company. Expiry date was fine. Product boxes appeared to have been opened (a.k.a.customs inspection?)..but the actual tubes of medication packets were still sealed and undamaged. It took almost a month to get here. Plan ahead and you can easily avoid that issue. No complaints.

Cheapest place for Stronghold

I ordered Stronghold, the european version of Revolution. No rx needed and it came quickly. Exact packaging as my previous revolution just it says Stronghold which has the same active ingredient\dose and same manufacturer. Very happy to save money for the same product!

No problem

I ordered CANINE Heartguard b/c it was way less than at vet; compared pkg-same product. I did pay the lowest shipping amt. To ensure sooner arrival. I would definitely order again form sierra per meds in future!

Good Products at Very Good Prices

I've been buying Heart Guard and Nex Guard from this company for three years now. Except for one delayed order, all went well. Sometimes my order was shipped from Germany. Other times it was shipped from Singapore. The meds were either manufactured in France or the United States. All the meds were fresh and within reasonable date. My savings has been about fifty percent over US prices.

Not a honest company to purchase products

This was my first time purchasing from Sierra Nevada Pet Company, and the last. Unfortunately the item was opened, not sealed, is an older version of the product, and used. But most of all it's not the same item pictured in their website. When asked for a return option their reply was basically 'too bad'.

My most recent experience

My most recent experience, order placed 8/01/20, shipped 8/3/20, has yet to be completed as of 9/12/20. Last available tracking was 8/13/20, in Germany. My shipping address is US. Ellen at "customer service" will not acknowledge the item has fallen off the grid and issue a refund. After 4-5 emails back and forth, with no satisfaction, I've file a complaint with my credit card company. Pay an xtra 20% and buy in US. You'll be glad you did.

Singapore??

My question is, if this is an Australian-based company, why do the meds all shipped from Singapore??
Last year when I ordered meds they arrived within a reasonable time. This year it’s taking absolutely forever. I understand that Covid is affecting the flights to the United States, so that will delay the medication. I understand that.
I really just want to know where the product is really made. Why does it come from Singapore?

Decent prices but their meds are not fresh, and shipping takes a month

Shipped out from Australia on 7/7/20
Received in USA on 8/3/20
Nexgard expiration: May 2021
Heartgard expiration: October 2021
Pros:
- they ship out quickly
- free tracking number
- decent prices
- loyalty program
Cons:
- meds are not as fresh as US-based. For comparison, I ordered Nexgard from Chewy.com back in October 2019, and those meds expire August 2021. The Nexgard I ordered from Sierra in July 2020 expire SOONER than the meds I have from Chewy, even though my Chewy purchase was 9 months earlier.
- international shipping takes a while, 1 month

I ordered my dogs items and it was back…

I ordered my dogs items and it was back in March. They took payment and provided ship tracking and it hasn't moved it is stuck in another country. out there they won't refund. I understand covid happened but it has been months no refund and no item's delivered to me extremely long ship times.

This company is a scam

I placed an order in March for my dog's medicines. The order has still not arrived. I was advised I could place another order or wait for the first one, which was supposedly shipped on March 11th. I was given a tracking number that when selected produced a "Pending - Does not exist" screen. It is June 11 now. Three months after the supposed ship date. I have contacted Sierra several times and told them this last time I would be contacting my bank to file a claim if they did not get in touch. I then received a threatening email stating that if I did contact my bank, they would not be able to help me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They are scam artists. They do just enough business to get a few positive reviews, but then they scam others.

Excessive Ship Times

After waiting over a month my order was cancelled for non delivery. This company ships from Singapore and ship times are excessive.
